What you'll find in the "Contracts" tab
From "Contracts" you can see at a glance all the active contracts your company has with its principal clients, filter them, check their documentation status, and export the list. Everything you need to comply with Business Activity Coordination (CAE) in one place.
How to access the contracts list
In the left sidebar menu, click on "Contracts".
What information you'll see for each contract
The list shows a table with the following columns:
Contract name: includes a "Main contract" or subcontract label as applicable.
Client: the principal company that registered you.
Main contractor: the company holding the main contract (may be yours or a principal).
Sites and activities: work centres and services included in the contract.
Resources: number of employees, equipment, and vehicles assigned.
Dates: validity period of the contract.
Compliance: percentage of documentary compliance for the contract.
Actions: "Select" button to access and manage the contract.
ℹ️ Bear in mind: the "Compliance" column reflects the status of the documentation required by your client. If it is below 100%, check which requirements are pending or expired to avoid access denials.
How to filter and search for contracts
To quickly find a contract, at the top of the list you have several options:
"Contract" filter: search by contract name.
"Client" filter: filter by principal client.
"Show more filters": displays additional filters to refine the search.
"Show subcontracts" checkbox: includes or excludes subcontracts from the list.
"Show expired contracts" checkbox: includes contracts whose validity period has ended.
How to export the contracts list
If you need the list outside the platform (for example, for audits or internal reports), click the "Export" button in the top right corner. Twind will generate a file with the information from the current list, applying any active filters you have at that moment.
How to manage a contract
To open a contract and manage it (view details, assign resources, add subcontractors), click the "Select" button in the "Actions" column of the corresponding row.
ℹ️ Bear in mind: to assign resources to a contract you need to have them previously created in Twind. If they don't appear as available, first create the workers, vehicles, or machinery you want to assign.
