In Twind you can view all your active contracts, filter them and access the detail of each one to review its resources, the documentation requested from the contractor and the full history of changes.

What this article covers

This guide shows you how to work with the three key aspects of a contract in Twind: assigned resources, CAE/PRL documentation requirements and the change log. It's especially useful if you need to track what is being requested from your contractor and who has made changes to the contract.

Step 1. Access the contracts list

  1. In the left-hand side menu, click "Contracts". You'll see the full list of existing contracts. You can filter by "Sites", "Activities" or "Dates".

  2. If you need to view subcontracts, click "Show subcontracts".

    Open Contract Filters

  3. From this same view you can also export the list to Excel or add a new contract using the "Add contract" button.

    Add New Contract

Step 2. Access the detail of a contract

  1. Find the contract you want to manage, click "Select" and choose "View contract".

  2. You'll see the detailed view of the contract, organised into four tabs: "Details", "Resources", "Requirements" and "Changelog".

    Edit Contract and Subcontracts

Step 3. Review the contract resources

  • In the "Resources" tab you'll see all the employees, vehicles and equipment assigned to that contract. For each worker you can check the associated risks, such as working at height or operating heavy machinery.

  • Click the "Expand details" arrow to view the full information for each resource.

ℹ️ Please note: if you notice that a risk or resource is not correctly assigned, you should contact the contractor so they can update it from their platform.

Step 4. Review the requirements and documentation status

  1. In the "Requirements" tab you'll see all the documents requested from the contractor and their workers: insurance policies, licences, certificates, etc.

  2. Each document displays its status: pending upload, approved or rejected.

    • Pending upload: the contractor has not yet uploaded the document.

    • Rejected: the contractor must correct it and upload it again.

ℹ️ Please note: some contractors have no assigned employees. In that case, the Resources tab will show no resources and all requirements will be at contractor level, with no employee requirements.

Step 5. Check the change log

In the "Changelog" tab you'll find the full history of modifications made to the contract. You'll see who made each change and when it was carried out.

ℹ️ Please note: this information is especially useful when several members of your team manage contracts, as it allows you to keep a clear record of all changes made to the contract over time.
