I can't see my contract in the list
If you go to "Contracts" in the left-hand side menu and can't find the contract you are looking for, check these points in order:
1. You have active filters hiding it
Check that you don't have active search filters (by contract name, client, site, etc.) that are hiding the contract. Clear all filters and search again.
2. It is a subcontract and you are not seeing it
By default, subcontracts may not appear in the list. Enable the "Show subcontracts" checkbox at the top of the list for them to appear.
3. The contract has expired
If the contract's validity dates have lapsed, Twind hides it from the list by default. Enable the "Show expired contracts" checkbox to find it. If you find it there, the contract has expired (see next section).
4. Your client has not created it yet
Remember that contracts are created by your client, not you. If it is a new contract and it doesn't appear, your client may not have registered it in Twind yet. Contact your client directly to confirm.
5. You are accessing with the wrong email
If you have several accounts in Twind (one for each client or brand), check that you have logged in with the correct email. Each email may be associated with different contracts.
My contract appears as expired
An expired contract means that the validity dates configured by your client have lapsed. When this happens:
The contract is hidden from the main list (it only appears with the "Show expired contracts" filter).
Your workers may lose access to the client's site.
You cannot assign new resources or upload new documentation.
Documentation already uploaded is kept in Twind (it is not lost).
What to do?
Contact your client to update the contract's validity dates or create a new one if the service relationship continues. As a contractor, you cannot modify the contract dates.
ℹ️ Keep in mind: if your client renews the contract (updates the dates), it will automatically reappear in the main list and your workers will regain access, provided their documentation is still valid.
The contract exists but compliance is at 0%
If you can see the contract but the compliance percentage is 0%, this may be because:
You have not uploaded documentation: check "Requirements" inside the contract and upload the pending documents.
All documentation has expired: approved documents that have lapsed return to "Pending upload" status. Renew them.
All documentation was rejected: check the rejection reasons for each requirement and re-upload the corrected documents.
You have not assigned workers: worker requirements are only activated when workers are linked to the contract.
