What might be happening
When a worker doesn't appear in a contract's resource list, it's usually because the assignment was never completed, because they were later unlinked, or because an active filter is hiding them. Go through each point in order until you find your case.
An active filter is hiding them
Before doing anything else, check whether there are any active filters on the contract's resource list. A filter by name, status, or resource type may be hiding the worker even if they're correctly assigned.
Clear all filters and search again.
The worker was never assigned to the contract
If the assignment wasn't completed correctly, the worker won't appear. To assign them:
Go to "Contracts" in the left-hand menu.
Open the contract and go to the resources section.
Follow the assignment process through to the end.
ℹ️ Please note: if the worker doesn't appear as available when you try to assign them, they may not be registered in "Resources", may be deactivated, or may already be assigned to that contract. See Why can't I link a worker to the contract? to resolve this.
The worker was unlinked from the contract
If the worker was assigned but no longer appears, someone with the right permissions may have unlinked them. In that case, reassign them following the steps in the previous section.
ℹ️ Please note: Twind doesn't automatically notify you when a resource is unlinked from a contract. If you don't remember making that change, check with your account administrator to see whether another user performed the action.
The worker has been deactivated
If the worker was deactivated in "Resources", they will automatically disappear from all contracts they were assigned to. To check:
Go to "Resources" in the left-hand menu.
Search for the worker in the list.
If they don't appear among active workers, check whether they've been deactivated and reactivate them if appropriate.
The contract has expired
If the contract's validity dates have passed, the resource list may not display information correctly. Check the contract dates in "Contracts" and, if it has expired, contact your principal client to renew it.
Still can't see the worker?
ℹ️ Please note: if you've checked all of the above and the worker still doesn't appear, contact our support team with the worker's name, the contract name, and a screenshot of the resource list. This will help us assist you faster
