Why can't I see my contract, or why does it appear as expired in Twind?

Is your contract not showing in Twind or appearing as expired? We explain the most common causes and how to resolve them.

What could be happening

There are three different situations that could bring you to this article: the contract doesn't appear in the list, it appears but as expired, or it appears but with 0% compliance. Check the section that matches your case.

I can't see my contract in the list

If you go to "Contracts" in the left-hand side menu and can't find the contract you're looking for, check these points in order:

  1. You have active filters hiding it. Check that you don't have active search filters (by contract name, client, site, etc.). Clear all filters and search again.

  2. It's a subcontract and you're not viewing it. By default, subcontracts may not appear in the list. Enable the "Show subcontracts" checkbox at the top of the list for them to appear.

  3. The contract has expired. If the contract's validity dates have lapsed, Twind hides it from the list by default. Enable the "Show expired contracts" checkbox to find it. If you find it there, the contract has expired — see the next section.

  4. Your client hasn't created it yet. Contracts are created by your client, not by you. If it's a new contract and it doesn't appear, your client may not have registered it yet. Contact them to confirm.

  5. You're logged in with the wrong email. If you have several accounts in Twind (one for each client or company), check that you've logged in with the correct email. Each email may be associated with different contracts.

My contract appears as expired

An expired contract means the validity dates configured by your client have lapsed. When this happens:

  • The contract is hidden from the main list (it only appears with the "Show expired contracts" filter).

  • Your workers may lose access to the client's site.

  • You can't assign new resources or upload new documentation.

  • Documentation already uploaded is kept in Twind (it isn't lost).

What to do?

Contact your client so they can update the contract's validity dates, or create a new one if the service relationship continues. As a contractor, you can't modify the contract dates yourself.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: if your client renews the contract (updates the dates), it will automatically reappear in the main list and your workers will regain access, provided their documentation is still valid.

The contract exists but compliance is at 0%

If you can see the contract but the compliance percentage is 0%, this could be because:

  • You haven't uploaded documentation: go to "Requirements" inside the contract and upload the pending documents.

  • All documentation has expired: approved documents that have lapsed go back to "Pending upload" status. Renew them.

  • All documentation was rejected: check the rejection reasons for each requirement and re-upload the corrected documents.

  • You haven't assigned workers: worker requirements only activate once workers are assigned to the contract.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: if you want to understand what each documentation status means, check the article on documentation statuses in Twind.
