How to edit a contract or subcontract in Twind?

You no longer need to delete a contract and recreate it from scratch to change a detail. You can now edit existing contracts and subcontracts directly in Twind.

What data can you edit?

From the "Edit contract" screen you can modify:

  • Start date and End date

  • Contract name

  • Contract manager

  • Subcontracting settings (allow/not allow, restriction mode and maximum level)

  • Sites, activities and subcontracts

Edit a contract step by step

1. In the side menu, click "Contracts".

Access Contracts Section

2. Locate the contract you want to modify. In the "Actions" column, click "Select" and choose the option "Edit and subcontract".

Open Edit and Subcontract Options

3. The "Edit contract" screen will open. In the "Details" section you can modify the "Start date", "End date", "Contract name" and "Contract manager". Further down, in the "Subcontracting" section, you can adjust the restriction mode and maximum level.

4. When you have finished, click "Save" in the bottom-right corner.

Save Contract Changes

5. The "Confirm changes" dialogue will appear. Click "Confirm" to apply the modifications.

Confirm Contract Changes

ℹ️ Keep in mind: at the bottom of the same screen you will find the "Sites, activities and subcontracts" section, where you can add or modify the workplaces and activities associated with the contract.

Edit a subcontract

The process is the same. In the contracts list, locate the subcontract, click "Select" → "Edit and subcontract" and modify the fields you need.

⚠️ Important: if you modify the dates of a contract and it falls outside its validity period, the assigned resources may lose access to the client's facilities. Confirm the new dates before saving.
