Method 1: Assigning risks from the contract
Use this method when you want to assign risks to a worker within a specific contract.
Go to the left side menu and click "Contracts".
Find the contract for the main client and click "Assign resources", which appears in the contract row when you hover over it.
Inside the assignment panel, go to the Employees section and click "Add employee".
Select the relevant employees from the list, or click "Create employee" to add a new one.
For each employee, set:
Worker type (employed or self-employed).
Site and activity where they will carry out their work. Select the site and click "Apply". This is required because the available risks depend on the selected activity.
Occupational risks associated with the activity. Select the risks and click "Apply".
ℹ️ Keep in mind: you can also select all employees and define everything at once.
6. Click "Save" to confirm the assigned risks.
⚠️ Important: once risks are assigned, Twind will automatically request the corresponding preventive documentation for that worker.
Method 2: Assigning risks from the contract
Use this method when you want to assign risks to a worker within a specific contract.
Go to the left side menu and click "Contracts".
Find the contract you want to link a worker to. Use the available filters if needed.
Click the "Select" icon on the right side of the contract.
In the dropdown, click "View contract".
Inside the contract, click "Select" again.
Choose the option "Assign resources".
A panel will open where you can select the worker and assign the specific risks that correspond to their position.
Click "Save" to complete the assignment.
⚠️ Important: once risks are assigned, Twind will automatically request the corresponding preventive documentation for that worker.
Method 3: Assigning risks from the employee
Use this method if you prefer to manage risks directly from the worker's profile, without entering the contract.
Go to the left side menu and click "Resource" > "Employees".
Search for the worker you want to assign risks to.
Click "Actions" > "Edit employee".
Inside the employee profile, find the "Employee classification" section.
In the "Search client" field, select the client for which you want to configure the risks.
Assign the corresponding risks and save your changes.
ℹ️ Please note: if the worker provides services for multiple clients, repeat these steps for each one.
Can't see the risks you need?
The available risks depend on the activity and risks configured in the contract. If the ones you need don't appear, review the contract settings or check with your main client.
