Where to see the status of your documents
All your document requirements are managed from the "Requirements" module, accessible from the left-hand side menu. From there you can filter by status and quickly locate what needs attention.
What the statuses on screen mean
Before filtering, it helps to know what each status indicates:
Status | What it means | What you should do |
Pending upload | The client is requesting this document and you have not uploaded it yet | Upload it as soon as possible |
Pending review | You uploaded it and it is waiting for the client to validate it | Nothing — wait for a response |
Approved | Validated successfully | Nothing |
Rejected | It has not passed the review | Correct it and re-upload it |
In grace period | It has expired but the client has granted additional time | Renew it before the extra time runs out |
Expired | The validity date has expired with no grace period | Renew it immediately |
ℹ️ Please note: documents with status "Rejected" or "Expired" are your top priority. They may block your workers' access to the client's premises.
How to filter to see only what needs attention
Click on "Requirements" in the left-hand side menu.
Make sure you are on the "All" tab.
Click on the "Status" filter, located in the top filter bar.
Select "Pending review".
The list will update to show only the requirements with that status.
ℹ️ Please note: the status "Pending review" means the document was uploaded correctly and is now in the hands of the client's technical team. You don't need to do anything else until you receive a response.
ℹ️ Please note: you can also use the "Pending upload" tab (next to the "All" tab) to see directly the requirements the client is asking for that you have not yet addressed — without needing to filter.
Quick overview from the Home screen
If you want a global picture before going into the Requirements module, the "Pending tasks" widget on the "Home" screen gives you an at-a-glance view of the documents that require action.
