Why it depends on your account type and role
In Twind, what you see in the side menu doesn't just depend on being an administrator: it depends on whether your company is a main client or a contractor company, and on your specific role. That's why it's normal for some users not to see "Resources" even if others do.
If you're a main client
"Resources" (Employees, Vehicles, and Machinery) is a section designed for contractor companies to register and manage their own workers. As a main client, your work in Twind focuses on managing your contracts and reviewing your contractors' documentation (CAE), not registering their workers. So even if you're the administrator of your account, it's expected that you won't have this section in your menu.
If you're a contractor company
If your company is a contractor and you still don't see "Resources", check the role assigned to your user. There are three roles available for contractor companies, and all three can see the Resources section (including Contractor Reader, in view-only mode). If you don't see it, your user most likely doesn't have any of these three roles:
Contractor Admin — full control: can view and edit Resources, plus manage company, contracts, documentation, and users.
Contractor Manager — day-to-day management: can view and edit Resources and documentation, but can't manage users.
Contractor Reader — read-only: also sees Resources, contracts, and documentation, but can't edit or upload anything.
ℹ️ Please note: all three roles see "Resources" in the side menu; the only difference is whether you can edit or just view. If your user doesn't have any of these three roles, you won't see the section. Only the Contractor Admin role can manage other users' roles.
