Compliance percentage, directly in Twind
A new statistics module that gives visibility of contractor document compliance percentages directly in the platform — without exporting, without cross-referencing data in Excel. It is an add-on you can activate by contacting your Customer Success.
Compliance percentage by dimension
Each row shows the proportion of approved requirements over the active total, expressed as a percentage. You can group data by 8 dimensions: Company (default), Contract, Site, Requirement type, Employee, Equipment, Vehicle and Contract manager.
Each row also includes the breakdown by status: Approved, Pending upload, Pending review, Rejected, Incomplete and Expired — to know exactly where the gaps are without leaving the screen.
Multiple grouping
Combine two or more dimensions in a single view. For example, selecting Company + Site gives you one row per unique combination with its own compliance percentage. No need to export to cross-reference data.
Critical or all requirements
By default, the calculation uses only the requirements marked as critical for access control. A selector lets you expand the calculation to all requirements for a more complete picture of the document status.
Excel export and role-based access
Results export to Excel with all filters and groupings applied. The module respects the visibility assigned to each user through their teams — no additional setup needed.
