Can't find a worker in the Access module?

If the worker doesn't appear in the list, it may be due to active filters or pending requirements. Follow these steps to locate them and review their situation.

How to locate a worker and review their access status

If you can't find the worker you're looking for, the most common reason is that the module filters are not set up correctly. Here's how to find them and manage their requirements from the same screen.

  1. Go to the "Access" module.

  2. Click on "Filters".

  3. In the "Resource type" field, select "Employee".

  4. Click "View details". The contracts associated with the employee and any pending issues blocking their access will appear.

  5. From this screen you can Manage the employee's requirements to resolve their situation and allow them to access.

ℹ️ Please note: if the employee still doesn't appear after applying the filters, check that they are linked to an active contract. See: Why can't I link a worker to the contract?
