How do I update my company details in Twind?

Do you need to change your company name, tax ID, address, or email in Twind? We explain what you can modify yourself, what needs to go through support, and what information we need.

Update your company information in Twind

If your company details have changed (name, tax ID, address, phone number, or contact person), it is important to keep them up to date in Twind. Incorrect data can cause rejections in CAE documentation or access issues. Here is how to access the edit screen and what data you can modify.

How to access your company details

  1. In the bottom-left corner of the screen, click your company name to expand the menu.

  2. Select "Company details".

  3. The profile card with your company's current data (name, tax ID, address, email, etc.) will open.

  4. Click the pencil icon (top right) to access the edit form.

  5. Modify the fields you need.

  6. Click "Save" (bottom right) to confirm the changes.

What data can I modify?

The "Edit company details" form has three sections:

Company details

  • Company name *

  • Tax ID (CIF/NIF) *

  • Company logo ("Upload logo" button)

  • Industry * (dropdown)

  • Country of issue * (dropdown)

Contact details

  • Company email *

  • Phone number

  • Website

  • Additional information

  • Address (Street, City, State, County, Postcode)

Regional settings

  • Time zone *

  • Unit of measurement *

  • Currency *

Fields marked with * are required.

ℹ️ Keep in mind: if you cannot see the company menu or the edit icon, your profile may not have administrator permissions. Contact the administrator of your Twind account.

What happens if I change the company name or tax ID?

If your company has changed its name (due to a merger, acquisition, or change of trading name) or its tax ID (due to a spin-off, merger, or correction), you can edit it directly from the form. However, please note that:

  • The tax ID is your company's primary identifier in Twind. Changing it may affect the automatic validation of documents such as Social Security certificates, as the system compares the CIF on the document with the one registered in Twind.

  • The company name appears on contracts and documentation. If you change it, check that the documents you have already uploaded reflect the new name to avoid rejections.

⚠️ Important: if you have changed your company's tax ID, review the documents already uploaded (TC1, RNT, Social Security certificates). Automatic validation may reject them if the tax ID no longer matches. Upload the updated versions with the new tax ID as soon as possible.

How do I change the email I use to log in to Twind?

The "Company email" field in this form is the contact email for your company, not your personal login email. If you need to change the email you use as a user to access Twind, see our dedicated guide:

Other options in the company menu

From the same company menu (bottom-left corner) you can also access:

  • "Plans" — to check your current plan (Basic, Core) and upgrade options.

  • "Billing and credits" — to check your billing and available credits.
