Organize your locations across up to five levels and automatically inherit compliance requirements between them. Twind already gives multi-level organizations the automation, security, and compliance they need to manage contractor safety and access, with full traceability for audits.
From a flat list to a structure that reflects how you actually operate
Your company has plants in Madrid, Valencia, and Lisbon. Each plant has zones with different requirements. Some zones have restricted areas with their own rules. Until now, in Twind, all of that was a flat list. You configured a rule for one center and duplicated it manually at every level that needed it. If the regulation changed, you updated them one by one.
With the new Center Hierarchy , you model your real structure and requirements propagate on their own.
Here's what changes:
Five configurable levels: you build your structure with Company, Facility Group (or Facilities), Center, Zone, and Area. Each entity automatically inherits the rules from the levels above it.
Rules at the level that matters: a rule on a Facility Group applies to every Center, Zone, and Area that depends on it. No duplicates, no manual maintenance.
Contracts and resources with the exact scope: you link a contract to a specific Center, Zone, or Area, and the assigned resources inherit that scope. No more and no less than what the contract covers.
Access control down to the most granular level: you filter access records by hierarchy level to know exactly who entered which zone and when.
When your company's structure changes, your compliance rules should update on their own. Now they do.
How does it work?
Set up your hierarchy in Settings → Centers . Create entities at each level and assign them to their corresponding parent.
Apply requirement rules at the level you need. When adding a rule, the selector lets you choose the exact level. Lower levels inherit automatically.
Link contracts to centers at any level from Contracts → Add/Edit Contract . Assigned resources inherit the scope of the selected level.
Filter access control by hierarchy level from Access → Access Control or Access Logs.
