Manage the entire visit cycle straight from your phone, without switching to the web app.
Log visits at your facilities without disrupting on-site operations
It's 8 a.m. Three vans arrive at the facility. The guard has to log every visit. He takes out his phone, opens the browser, logs into Twind web, and searches for the visits section. By the time he's logged the first entry, there's already a queue. Every visit managed through access control from the app required that context switch. A step that seems small but that, repeated several times a day, adds friction where there shouldn't be any.
With the new Visits feature in the app, guards never have to leave it.
Here's what changes:
Entry logging from the home screen: the visit form is in the app with the same fields and validations as on the web. The facility is pre-filled automatically.
Exit logging from the list of open visits: search for the visitor, confirm the exit, and the counter updates instantly.
On-the-spot conflict handling: if a visitor already has an open visit, the app alerts you and lets you log the pending exit without losing the data from the new form.
Real-time visibility: the active visits counter on the home screen is always up to date. One click opens the full list.
Visits logged from the app are marked with Source: APP and are visible on the web and in Excel exports.

How does it work?
Log an entry by tapping "Log visit" from the home screen. Fill in the form fields and save.
Log an exit by selecting "Log visit exit" and choosing the open visit from the list. The date and time are pre-filled with the current moment and can be edited.
If the visitor already has an open visit, the app shows the conflict and lets you log the pending exit without losing the form data.
Monitor active visits from the home screen. "View details" opens the full list with search by any field.
