Automatic notifications from day one
When you complete your registration as a supplier in Twind and confirm your account, the system automatically activates email notifications.
You don't need to configure anything else. From that moment on, you'll receive alerts directly in your inbox whenever there are updates related to the documentation your clients request from you.
What kind of notifications will I receive?
Twind will send you emails when:
One of your clients requests new documentation
There are changes to existing documentation requirements
There are relevant updates about the status of your documents
What do I need to do to activate them?
Nothing. Notifications are activated automatically when you confirm your registration in Twind.
If you don't have an account yet, simply sign up and confirm your email to start receiving them.
ℹ️ Please note: Notifications are sent to the email address you used when registering in Twind. Make sure it's an address you check regularly.
