How to locate a worker and review their access status
If the worker you're looking for doesn't appear in the Access module, it may be due to the filters applied or pending requirements. Follow these steps to find them and manage their situation.
Steps to locate the worker
Go to the "Access" module.
Click on "Filters".
In the "Resource type" field, select "Employee".
Click "Close and apply" to apply the filters.
Find the employee in the list and click "Select".
Click "View details". The contracts associated with the employee and any pending issues blocking their access will appear.
From this screen you can Manage the employee's requirements to resolve their situation and allow them to access.
ℹ️ Please note: if the employee still doesn't appear after applying the filters, check that they are linked to an active contract. See: Why can't I link a worker to the contract?
