Create a contract in TWIND

This procedure describes step by step how to create a contract within the Twind platform, ensuring its correct configuration, assignment, and fulfilment.

  • Access the platform

  • In the main menu, click on "Contracts" to start the creation process.

    Access Contracts Section

  • Select the “Add contract” option in the top right-hand corner.

    Initiate New Contract Creation

  • Specify the name of the contract, indicating the main subject matter, project or service.

    Enter Contract Name

  • Write the name of the participating contractor and verify that it corresponds to the correct company.

    Select Contractor Field

  • Click on “Select contract manager” and choose the person responsible for management.

  • Click on the “Start date” field to select when the contract will take effect.

  • In the “End date” field, select the date on which the contract will end.

  • Enable "Allow subcontracting" if the contract authorises the participation of subcontractors.

  • Click on “Maximum level” and specify the permitted level of subcontracting.

    Access Max Level Field

  • Go to the "Locations" tab to configure where the contract will apply.

    Open Sites Section

  • Choose the activities related to the work to be performed by the contractor.

    Choose Work Activities

  • Click "Save" to confirm the assignment of locations and activities.

    Save Site Changes

  • Finally, click "Save" to register and finalise the contract.

⚠️IMPORTANT

Once the contract has been saved:

  • The assigned centre and activity cannot be modified.

  • The selected subcontracting option cannot be changed.
