When you need to change your login email
The email your company used to register in Twind is also the username you use to access the platform. If that email address no longer works, is outdated, or you'd rather use a different one to manage your Contractor Activity Coordination (CAE) and your workers' documentation, you can request the change from the Twind Support team.
ℹ️ Please note: for security reasons, the login email change cannot be made from the platform. It's always handled by the Twind Support team to verify the company's identity and prevent unauthorised access.
How to request the email change
Follow these steps so the Support team can process your request as quickly as possible:
Send an email to help@twind.io from your current login email, if you can still access it.
In your message, clearly include:
Your company's name and Tax ID
The old email address (the one you want to replace)
The new email address you want to use to log in
A short reason for the change (optional, helps speed things up)
If you no longer have access to the old email, mention this in your message. The Support team will ask you to verify the company's identity before making the change.
What happens next
Once your request is received, the Support team takes care of the whole process:
They check the details you've provided.
They make the change in the platform.
They confirm by email when everything is ready so you can log in with your new address.
⚠️ Important: once the change is applied, you won't be able to log in with the old email anymore. Only request the change when you're sure you won't need the previous email again.
