Three validation routes with different timelines
When you upload a document in Twind, it can be validated in three different ways. The timeline depends on which one applies to your case:
1. Automatic validation → Instant
Some official documents (RNT/TC2, Social Security certificate, Tax Agency certificate) are validated automatically the moment you upload them, with no human intervention. For this to work, the document must be the original downloaded from the official source and meet all the required conditions. If it is not validated automatically, it goes to manual review.
2. Manual review by the Twind team → 24–48 working hours
When your client has contracted Twind's document validation service, our technical team reviews documents and approves or rejects them. The standard timeline is 24 to 48 working hours from the moment you upload the document. Reviews are carried out in the order documents are uploaded.
3. Manual review by your client → Variable
If your client manages validation with their own team, the timeline depends on their availability and internal organisation. Twind cannot guarantee a specific timeline in this case. If you have been waiting several days, we recommend contacting your client directly.
ℹ️ Keep in mind: if you are not sure who validates your documents (Twind or your client), check with your contract manager. The validation model is defined during each client's implementation phase.

Need a faster validation?
If you need a document reviewed more quickly, you can activate Express Review when uploading it to the platform. This option is available with the Core Plan and prioritises the review of the requirement you upload ahead of the rest of the queue.
ℹ️ Keep in mind: the Express Review credit applies only to the original requirement you upload the document to. Other matching requirements will follow the standard review timeline.
What to do if it takes longer than expected?
"More than 48 hours have passed and my document is still pending"
If validation is carried out by the Twind team and more than 48 working hours have passed, contact our support team indicating your company name, the contract, and the affected requirement.
"My client validates documents and has not reviewed them for days"
If validation is carried out by your client, contact them directly. Twind has no control over the review times of clients who manage their own validation.
How do I check the status of my documents?
You can view the status of each document at any time under "Requirements" in the left-hand side menu, filtering by status (pending upload, pending review, approved, rejected, expired, grace period).
