Where to check the vehicle type
In the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE), the vehicle type determines which documentation is requested for it. That's why it's useful to review which type was selected when each vehicle was registered. You can see it directly in the vehicle list, without having to open each record.
View the vehicle type step by step
In the side menu, click "Resources".
Select the "Vehicles" tab.
In the list, find the vehicle you want to review. You can use the "Search" field to find it faster.
Check the "Vehicle type" column. There you'll see the type selected for each vehicle (for example, "Car/Van", "Motorcycle" or "ADR tanker truck").
ℹ️ Please note: in the same list you can also see the "Licence plate", "Manufacturer", "Model" and "Tare (kg)" of each vehicle. If any of these fields shows a dash (-), it means it wasn't filled in when the vehicle was registered.
ℹ️ Please note: you can sort the list by vehicle type by clicking the arrows next to the "Vehicle type" column header.
